Workshop Overview
This interactive workshop is all about learning through play and having fun! Together, we’ll explore evidence-based mind-body practices that calm the nervous system, spark authentic connection, and support personal and professional growth.
Through playful techniques—including deep breathing, mindfulness, mind-body games, gentle yoga postures, and guided imagery—you’ll laugh, move, and discover new ways to regulate emotions. You’ll leave with a ready-to-use toolbox of stress-busting strategies you can immediately apply for yourself and share with children, coworkers, or the communities you support.
Our trauma-informed, inclusive approach invites everyone to show up just as they are—no prior experience needed. Together, we create a welcoming space where emotional wellness feels engaging, empowering, and sustainable.
