“Just Press Play” Video Library
Our core offering is a library of 5-minute videos for children’s emotional health, a self-regulation video tool built on trauma-informed practices and designed to accommodate neurodiverse needs. Our evidence-based 5-Minute video library, is a ‘just press play’ resource designed to teach children practical tools for managing big emotions and building self-regulation.
Roots Up Family Reset
You have the video library. You know it works. But somewhere between school pickup, dinner, and everything else on the list, five minutes a day can start to feel like one more thing you don’t have time for.
That’s exactly why we created Family Reset. It’s a personalized 4-week experience, one-on-one with Julie, built around your family’s real life instead of an ideal one. Together, you’ll create a simple rhythm for using the video library that actually sticks — paired with a family consultation, a live Soothe & Move class, and tools to return to again and again.
This isn’t another self-help program that leaves you to figure it out alone. It’s real support, built for your bandwidth, to help you get started and keep going.
Private Classes
Using our evidence-based curriculum as a guide, we weave in specific practices that best support your child and their goals for the session. Each class empowers youth with a self-soothing tool to take away and integrate into daily life.

We built Roots Up on years of research, first-hand experience, and collaboration with experts — but children have been our most important contributors.
Listening to and learning from the children we serve is our greatest asset.
